Informed Consent + Coaching Agreement

By booking or participating in any session, program, or service with Shelley's Clarity Keys, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Purpose & Nature of Services

All services, sessions, and programs offered are designed to provide coaching, education, and personal development support in the areas of decision-making, mindset, and nervous system awareness.
These services are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. If you are experiencing significant mental health distress, please seek support from a licensed mental health professional.

2. No Guarantees

While every tool, strategy, and conversation is designed to help you gain clarity and confidence, results are not guaranteed.
Your progress depends on your personal effort, participation, and willingness to apply the tools discussed. I’ll show up fully for you, but your growth is ultimately your responsibility.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments and deposits made for sessions, programs, or services are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule a session, you may do so with at least 48 hours’ notice, and your payment will roll over to a new appointment time.
Cancellations or no-shows forfeit the payment or deposit.

4. Confidentiality

Your privacy matters. All information shared during sessions will remain strictly confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

5. Communication & Boundaries

Between sessions, communication is limited to the agreed-upon channels (e.g., email or voice note support for active clients).
All messages will be responded to during business hours, typically within 24–48 hours.

6. Personal Responsibility & Liability Release

By participating, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.
You agree to release Shelley's Clarity Keys, its owner, contractors, and affiliates from any liability related to the decisions or outcomes resulting from coaching services.

7. Payment Agreement

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your session or program spot. The deposit amount will be applied to your total balance.

8. Consent to Participate

By booking, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood this agreement.

  • You are voluntarily choosing to participate.

  • You accept full responsibility for your own decisions and outcomes.
